Data Analyst (Lead Generation)
Requirements
- Graduation from a reputed university or proven work experience in the field.
- Experience working with B2B or B2C lead databases, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of web scraping tools, lead generation tools, or AI tools is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Familiarity with knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong ability to gather, clean, and interpret large datasets.
- Experience in segmenting data and preparing actionable reports.
The Role
You’ll be our data detective, working in Excel and Google Sheets to clean and analyze lists of potential clients. By tracking key metrics—like response rates and pipeline speed—you’ll spot trends and recommend the best companies and contacts for our sales team to pursue.
What You’ll Do
Each day, you’ll research industry sectors, gather firmographic and technographic details, and build simple dashboards to share what you find. You’ll qualify leads based on company size, growth signals, and tech stack, then hand off marketing-ready contacts to sales. You’ll also work with project managers to fine-tune targeting and improve our processes over time.
Online Assessment
All applicants complete a one-hour online exercise. You’ll manipulate a sample dataset, identify potential prospects, and write a brief report on your findings. Please pick a distraction-free hour, ensure a stable internet connection, and have Excel or Google Sheets open before you start.
